Heroes Of The Storm Raynor Best Build. In heroes of the storm raynor is still considered to be one of the best heroes in the game despite nerfs over the last several months. First off your build is quite nice, i use that same one especially with moral or abb on the team. The banshee deals 84 damage per second and regenerates 75 health if it hasn’t taken damage in the last 4 seconds. The penetrating round build is designed to amplify raynor's damage while also giving him good survivability.
Psionic storm is an independent fan site for heroes of the storm (blizzard game). These heroes are targeted by the hyperion for 100% increased damage for 6 seconds. He is good in 1v1's, team fights and even as a laning champion.
Raynor is voiced by robert clotworthy. The penetrating round build is designed to amplify raynor's damage while also giving him good survivability. At level 1, exterminator will drastically increase raynor's pve.
Deals 250 (+4% per level) points of damage and knocks enemies back. Psionic storm was founded in march 2015 during the beta of heroes of the storm by benitott et croakx. Raynor does have some weaknesses.
